Designed the NestJS multi-vendor checkout with idempotent order placement and split-payment routing, dropped P95 order-create latency ~40% by denormalizing the vendor catalog into Redis with TTL invalidation, migrated deploys to GitHub Actions plus ArgoCD GitOps with PromQL-gated canary rollouts at 99.9%+ uptime, and wrote the Terraform set covering EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, SQS, Lambda, ECR, and Secrets Manager. Run the SRE practice end to end: SLOs on order-success-rate and payment-callback latency with PromQL alerting to PagerDuty, error-budget burn rules, weekly blameless postmortems, and Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry dashboards; brought repeat-incident rate from ~30% to ~8%. Moneey App - Principal Engineer & Staff DevOps / SRE

Owned the wallet and payments core end to end. Designed the NestJS transfer routing service mapping sender and receiver bank codes to the correct partner-bank API (9PSB, Providus, Stanbic, VFD) for Moneey-to-Moneey wallet transfers, WAAS sub-account flows, beneficiary verification, and TSQ reconciliation. Migrated the wallet ledger from AWS QLDB to FoundationDB for stronger transactional guarantees with a dual-write rollout and back-fill verification. Led the full cloud migration from AWS to Azure (AKS, Helm, ACR) with zero customer-visible downtime. Built the liveness verification service from scratch on the AWS Rekognition Liveness package, integrated into Flutter onboarding and step-up auth. Built a custom Sentry-style error tracker tuned for transaction-heavy workloads, and a custom Redis-backed socket gateway for real-time notifications to the Flutter app and React ops dashboard. Stood up the SRE practice: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, PromQL alerting on transfer success rate and partner-bank latency, on-call rotations, and SLOs on wallet operations. Shipped the React internal ops dashboard for reconciliation, TSQ resolution, and audit, plus Flutter mobile features for transfers, beneficiaries, and biometric auth.
